Headaches Got You Down??
March 9, 2009
During these times it can become painfully evident how much stress your body is handling. People have asked us, “Is your business affected by the economy?” and the answer is YES! People are more stressed than ever and thier bodies are showing it. Old symptom patterns re-emerge when our bodies are overloaded. Headaches can be so debilitating and energy robbing. I have told this story many times to our practice members, many of you find it so hard to believe, but I have had only 2 headaches my entire life! I cannot imagine the pain and agony people go through suffering day after day, week after week and year after year. There can be a simple , painless (and some even say enjoyable!) solution. This solution also does not involve any drugs or surgery. By checking to see if you have subluxation, we can determine if chiropractic care would be appropriate for you. We can help. You do not need to suffer any longer. Share this knowledge with someone you know who is suffering and be a hero in their lives!

You can’t afford to get sick!!
March 6, 2009
We all have heard the saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” During these economic times this principle applies more than ever! We have heard recently “I can’t afford to take care of this problem right now.” While I understand that there are limited resources available, I wonder if people have thought through what waiting to take care of a health problem really means. Here are some questions to help you get clarity:
- When you don’t take care of a problem does it usually get better or worse?
- When it gets worse, do you think it will take more money or less money to take care of later on?
- What is the effect of doing nothing, having on your health?
- How much productivity is your health challenge robbing you of?
- How much more could you be earning if your health challenge was resolved?
- If you are absent from your business what is that going to cost you?
- What if your health problem requires a hospitalization because you didn’t heed the early warning signs? Have you seen the prices of a weekend’s stay in a hospital? Many foreclosures are happening because of MEDICAL BILLS.
This is a serious issue and we all need to take a PREVENTATIVE LIFESTYLE very seriously. Eat well, exercise, manage mental stress and allow your body the highest function possible by keeping interference in your system to a minimum -Get Adjusted!
How Much Is Too Much?
March 4, 2009
Have you ever wondered how much stress is TOO much stress?
Stress can be categorized into 3 categories-Physical, Chemical and Mental (Emotional). Each of these has an impact on our health and can effect the way we live our lives.
Have you ever known someone who responds or reacts to stress differently than you? Depending on how their body is adapting, determines the response. The great news is that Chiropractic can help you to adapt better to stress, so it does not have the same impact on your body and life.
If you would like to find out how we can help you with your stress adaptation give our office a call at 408.979.9999
Is Your Brain Aging Too Quickly??
March 2, 2009
Traveling to a seminar last weekend, I came across an article in Spirit magazine that says your brain peaks in performance at 39 years old. Past the age of 39, our myelin- the fatty tissue that surrounds a neuron- starts to deteriorate. In the journal The Neurobiology of Aging, Dr. George Bartzokis tells us to think of our brain signals as an internet connection- myelin gives us more bandwidth by making the signals go faster.
How can you decrease the effects of myelin deterioration? Omega-3 oils! Increasing your consumption of seafood also will increase your Omega-3 intake- just make sure its wild seafood. At Rozenhart Family Chiropractic we stock a great Omega-3 supplement- ask us about it .
We are here to help you age in a graceful, healthful way. Be Well!
