Busy People Trying To Exercise??

Easy to Implement!

Easy to Implement!

As a busy mom, business owner, wife, homemaker, entrepreneur etc., time is the first excuse I will use not to exercise!  If you desire to be a better mom, wife, business owner you must MAKE the time.  I am absolutely in LOVE with “My Fitness Coach” by Ubisoft.  I got the Wii game system at Christmastime and used the Wii Fit for a couple of months. While I liked it initially, it was designed more for people who were truly beginners at exercise.  I researched other fitness “games” out there because staying at home to exercise was the most convenient for me.  I found My Fitness Coach and I LOVE it!  I can get it done first thing in the morning (or else it’s not happening) and track my progress.  It has many different workouts-no 2 are the same- and you are re-checked for progress periodically.  The trainer

Maya , your new trainer!

Maya , your new trainer!

Maya, checks in with you a few times during your workout to see if its challenging, too easy or just right and then will modify your next workout!  You get cardio, strength and stretching!  Did I mention I love it yet??  You do have to invest in a Wii system and the “game” but wow, if it can simplify your life by not having to get to the gym….I’m all for it!!

thank you for this enlightening overview of “My Fitness Coach”, relative to busy people and finding time to exercise. I too find this DVD very good in terms of upbeat presentation (love the trainer)and of actual exercise (cardio, strength, yoga, flexibility etc.), monitoring progress, and ability to respond to users specific feedback/needs. Did you know that women who commit to a workout schedule at home, keep off on average, 10 lbs. more than those women who belong to a gym? Interesting – just read that a few days ago.

Got something to say?
