I too find this DVD very good in terms of upbeat presentation (love the trainer)and of actual exercise (cardio, strength, yoga, flexibility etc.), monitoring progress, and ability to respond to users specific feedback/needs.  Did you know that women who commit to a workout schedule at home, keep off on average, 10 lbs. more than those women who belong to a gym?  Interesting - just read that a few days ago.</description>
