How About A Cleanse to Start The Year Off Right?

As most of you know, I can’t stand the word “diet” for many reasons. We all know the joke that diet is the word “die” with a “t”, but the main reason the word is useless at best, is that it implies a temporary time to deprive yourself of something. I prefer using lifestyle nutrition instead. Start by thinking of food as what FUELS each and every function your body!
Why cleanse? It gives your body a much needed chance to detoxify after the holidays and regain some balance. It also gives your digestive system time to “rest”.
There are many fasts and cleanses but when I came across this one, I thought it to be balanced and easy enough that most of you could follow it and have some great benefits! One side note- I would omit the coffee as a water substitute and stick to water and tea if you want something warm.
