You can’t afford to get sick!!
March 6, 2009
We all have heard the saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” During these economic times this principle applies more than ever! We have heard recently “I can’t afford to take care of this problem right now.” While I understand that there are limited resources available, I wonder if people have thought through what waiting to take care of a health problem really means. Here are some questions to help you get clarity:
- When you don’t take care of a problem does it usually get better or worse?
- When it gets worse, do you think it will take more money or less money to take care of later on?
- What is the effect of doing nothing, having on your health?
- How much productivity is your health challenge robbing you of?
- How much more could you be earning if your health challenge was resolved?
- If you are absent from your business what is that going to cost you?
- What if your health problem requires a hospitalization because you didn’t heed the early warning signs? Have you seen the prices of a weekend’s stay in a hospital? Many foreclosures are happening because of MEDICAL BILLS.
This is a serious issue and we all need to take a PREVENTATIVE LIFESTYLE very seriously. Eat well, exercise, manage mental stress and allow your body the highest function possible by keeping interference in your system to a minimum -Get Adjusted!
